    The world is missing a great backup dance because Jessica was Groovin’! Previous to this I was doing a really tough (okay somewhat excruciating) 15 Minute Booty/lower body workout and the instructor suggested doing it 2-3 more times and I was like ‘Nope, I’m doing Jessica Smith’s Dance Party workout which I had been looking forward to doing all day– it got me through that other workout.
    I had so much FUN! Of course, I remember those moves like the Cabbage Patch :) And I didn’t feel the least bit silly doing these moves, especially after I closed my curtains (lol). My room faces the street.
    Great workout. What an energizing way to start the weekend. TGIF.

    I love this dance party! It’s perfect for a Friday night when you’re too exhausted to work out but still have this need to move after all those long hours in your office chair…

    LOVED THIS WORKOUT!! I really didn’t want to exercise at ALL this morning (Teacher with a snow day syndrome), but I saw this and thought, “Um, dance party, yes please”. About halfway through my dog started trying to run up and dance with me, so I picked her up and we had a BLAST!!! Thanks so much, Jessica!
