    Love the walking workouts! I’d like to purchase the digital version of the “Walk On” series but I am an android user currently so it is not supported. I found the walking videos in a search on YouTube and love them – they are fun! My dog sits there just like peanut while I do them also. I’ve tried so many workouts over the past few years, mainly by beachbody and for me, they were not enjoyable, I dreaded doing them and they were too strenuous when you are already tired after a long day at work…thank you for these workouts!!!!

    Great! This week I am easing gently back into exercise after being knocked out for 3 weeks by the nasty flu bug that is circulating here. Last week I tried your beginners workout and abandoned it after 18 mins. Yesterday I did it all. Today I enjoyed this abs walking workout. It challenged me, but didnt exhaust me! I look forward to doingnmore.

    Love it! So hoping you will be coming up with more walking online videoes with improved sound quality! I need to hear since I can’t see, so have to do some of these pretty much on top of my computer and don’t have much room! love the workout though! I’m a sweaty fool right now! Thanks!

    It’s 2* here, so I decided to do another workout to keep warm. This is the best standing ab workout, with the additional cardio it’s awesome! This and the indoor jogging might be my favorites so far, along with cardio ballet. Trying weight loss cardio sculpt tomorrow. Thanks so much!
