    Hey Jessica!!

    Wish I had discovered you before my wedding. would’ve helped me get in shape for the outfit. Anyways it is never to late. Love your workouts, they challenge me. I used to go running and do yoga and thought I was good with my stamina. But your workouts have taken it to another level. kudos!! :D

    Did this as the first of my Lose Your Love Handles Week! I am losing more than my love handles right now…. This might make me lose my religion! I am sweating so much it is hard to type! boy is my fat crying! This week may kill me, but I need this core work! Thanks Jessica! Ready to collapse with Sassy on the bed now!     If I do this work out once per week, will it ever stop making me SO sore in the following day or two? I’ve just done it again (last night) for the 3rd Wednesday in a row and I have the feeling I’m going to be really sore again! My booty is sure getting a great work out! But do I need to start doing this twice a week to get strong enough not to feel the pain the next day? Thanks

    oOOh boy. I totally cheated on this one. Guess I’m not as advanced as I thought. But my heart monitor did say I was working at 75% of my THR, so I guess I still got a good cardio in. :)
