    If I do this work out once per week, will it ever stop making me SO sore in the following day or two? I’ve just done it again (last night) for the 3rd Wednesday in a row and I have the feeling I’m going to be really sore again! My booty is sure getting a great work out! But do I need to start doing this twice a week to get strong enough not to feel the pain the next day? Thanks

    oOOh boy. I totally cheated on this one. Guess I’m not as advanced as I thought. But my heart monitor did say I was working at 75% of my THR, so I guess I still got a good cardio in. :)
